Robert Chanko is the Owner and Lead Instructor at the BaseLine Institute. He is a Professional Engineer, wth an MBA and has over 25 years of experience leading Manufacturing teams across a broad range of roles. Rob has developed a pragmatic, compassionate, yet effective approach to management which has proven successful in getting the most out of the people he works with.

Manage team of Engineers implementing capital projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.

Manage Program Mgrs. Tool Engrs. Process Engrs and Quality Techs launching new products for all major OEMs out of 8 manufacturing plants.

Oversee all aspects of a Stamping & Assembly division consisting of 160 hourly employees and 32 salary employees.

Oversee all manufacturing responsibilities in an Automotive stamping and assembly plant consisting of 350 hourly employees. QA Mgr, Engineering Mgr,
